You forgot to mention me in this cazy flood story....hahaha. I was supposed to come over to the house that day to visit Mandy as she was not able to get out of bed - keeping the baby safe. I was topped at the dry cleaner on Met Road on the way down the street to your City Park house. It was raining sooo hard - I remember becuase I ran out of my car to the dry cleaner - and had texted mandy from there a dramatic "I'll be there soon - running late" - and ran with the dry cleaning to my car. Dry cleaning comes on those wire hangers and has that plastic bag over it and thank God it did becauase it was still pouring - I remember it still to this day...I ran to my car and in a very dramatic leap...wipped out. I mean I was on my side face in the puddle, grit in the ear...BUT I was holding up that dry cleaning! It's the only part of me that wasn't in standing-water. Stupid rain...but dry drycleaning! So I got in the car - only to see a VM - checked it...it was Mandy - and all she said was - "Don't come over". click. I was totally freaked out - thinking something had gone wrong with the bedrest. So I went home...soaked with dry dry cleaning. Only to find out later - the sky had indeed fallen. Who knew Chicken Little was telling the truth. Maybe get Baby Girl that book (I'll get her some dry cleaning - I'm good at that!!)
