I can't imagine how people can already be starting over.. I think even people who seem to be on the ball are going to be dealing with it for a long time too. It sounds like you guys are doing a really great job so far in handling everything. Take your time and do it right and don't feel bad about taking Red Cross money, it's to help you too.
